It is a spicy soup that has a light, watery texture. It is considered to be a delicacy by some people in Western Africa, and some West Africans believe that the soup has medicinal qualities.
The Nigerian Salad recipe is very filling and very tasty. Salad has been defined as a dish consisting of a mixture of small pieces of food, which may be mixed with a sauce or salad dressing. They are typically served cold. Salads may contain vegetables, fruits, cheese, cooked meat, eggs, grains and nuts. This statement is true as it almost describes the Nigerian Salad as well.
